Rex A. Dunn began his career working for the JC Penney Business Unit, and then transitioned over to the The Associates. While there he lead the development team that created the first Fraud and Security detection system for their Visa and MasterCard programs, which was then purchased by Citigroup. Rex continued his business development experience, moving into Customer Security where he worked with many outside companies, including leading OEM manufacturing businesses, to develop the first Roadside Assistance Company outside AAA in the industry. Rex was given four Presidents Awards during his career and wrote many articles for publications on how to improve business models. His efforts were recognized and General Electric pursued and hired him to take their Emerging Businesses department to new levels creating 30% year-over-year growth.
At GE, Rex was trained in Six Sigma and attended many GE senior management programs in Crotonville, New York, where GE's management training facility is located. The business grew over 30% YOY for 5-years, until GE divested of their GE Money division, after which Rex was retained as a senior leader at Allstate. Similar growth happened for 4-years with publications written, and over 10,000 companies managed throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.
